A Workflow With Your Individual Facility In Mind
Collection of information is transferred to Mammologix using a variety of methods. Mammologix processes all information provided by its clients using a sophisticated workflow system design to monitor and control access throughout the entire work process.
Result of test results are carefully matched with examinee demographics to assure new records appropriately track through the continuum of the individual's care. Quality assurance specialists monitor the information as it proceeds through the workflow process performing secondary and tertiary checks.
Each report of test result is reviewed by a Mammologix coding specialist who considers the imaging assessment assigned by the film reader, the impression provided with recommended follow-up, as compared to the body of the report. Communications are assigned providing the examinee with a clear answer to 'what's supposed to happen next,' based upon the film reader's follow-up recommendation(s). Should an incongruency ever present itself during this review, a manager from Mammologix will connect with you to further verification.
Mammologix has developed its tracking using over 50 specific data fields comprised of over 300 codes. Our coding team has identified more than 351,000 unique coding sequences to match reason for exam, procedures performed, imaging assessment, recommendations for follow-up, and more. To assist, Mammologix's programmers have developed a colorization system that processes electronically formatted reports through an artificial intelligence algorithm that highlights keywords determined to being critical indicators in assessing the interpretation.
